NOTICE TO TENANTS: RENTAL AGREEMENT RENEWALS
April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027
As of March 10, 2026, it is time to renew your rental agreements for the upcoming term:
April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.
Rental agreements can be obtained in the following ways:
- Pick up a copy at Úll̓us Front Desk (Reception)
- Call the Housing Department to request a copy by email
Reminder: Housing Policy and Processes:
- Policy / Rent is due on the 1st of the month
- Policy / No Smoking in Rental Units
- Policy / 1 Pet per household
The Housing Policy is available online on the lilwat.ca website – Community Services
Important Reminder:
March 31, 2026, is the fiscal year-end for rent and rental arrears. Any outstanding balances may affect the 2025–2026 audit. Please ensure payments toward rent and rental arrears are made on or before March 31, 2026.
