Notice from the Housing Department
Building Envelop Renovation
For units 19133, 19137, & 19140 Istken Lane and 19144, 19146, & 19148 Juniper Lane Tenants
Please be informed as there are renovations coming for your buildings. This is a phased project, starting with Juniper Lane Townhouses first.
Contractors will need access to windows, doors, sliding doors, and roofs will be replaced.
Decks, stairs, and railings will have to be fully cleared, for replacement.
We will need periodic access to your unit to carry out these repairs
Please have your yards cleaned and clear of debris. Any belongings piled against your home will have to be moved. Please ensure pets are on leashes and are not bothering workers. This includes cleaning up dog waste around your unit.
This project is expected to run from May 1st, 2022, to August 2022.
There will be curb side pick up for garbage and unwanted items that is a part of the Earth Day clean up days from April 19th,2022 to April 22nd, 2022, Public Works will be monitoring for pick up around Xet’olacw
We thank you for your cooperation and be aware that these improvements will cause disruptions that cannot be avoided for the work to proceed.
